Flow Compliance offers online access for entering backflow test and maintenance reports and performing regular periodic testing of assemblies. From the initial consultation through the duration of the service contract, companies with multiple Assets, cities or water purveyors incur NO CHARGES for using the program. A small fee is paid by the Backflow Prevention Assembly Tester (BPAT) when submitting a passing test report.
Water purveyor personnel can access the system through a password-protected account.
Flow Compliance ensures the validity of all BPAT licenses, insurance policies, and gauge test for accuracy reports. If any credentials expire, testers will be unable to submit test reports. We also review Test Reports for Inaccuracies as we are licensed by The Texas Commission of Environmental Quality.
